We announce the 2026 Diversity Action Alliance Advisory Council, a collective of leaders stepping forward at a moment when the communications industry must move beyond statements and into accountability.

This Council exists because the work demands more.
More rigor.
More courage.
More shared responsibility.

Our 2026 theme is Collective Power, and this Council is the proof point.
These leaders did not ask what was safe.
They asked what was required.
Together, they will help shape:
• Research that quantifies real impact, not intentions
• Leadership development that moves beyond performative inclusion
• Programs that translate our shared values into systems and standards
