The Center for Asian Pacific American Women is inviting applicants for its new “virtual” Asian Pacific American Women’s Leadership Instititute (APAWLI) program

The Center for Asian Pacific American Women (CAPAW) is inviting applicants for its new, “virtual” Asian Pacific American Women’s Leadership Institute (APAWLI) program.

Deadline for applications is December 31, 2021

This year-long program begins January 13 through December 22, 2022.  Meetings take place via Zoom every other week on Wednesday for two hours from 6-8 p.m. ET.

Cost for this year-long program is $3,500.  Financial aid for applicants working in the non-profit sector is available.

The need for strong AAPI women leaders continues today and so the APAWLI Fellowship program has been revamped in a new “virtual” format, making it even more accessible to those who would benefit, thanks to the visionary leadership of Sue Ann Hong, President & CEO of CAPAW who, herself, is an APAWLI Fellow.

Sue Ann says:

  • THE MISSION of APAWLI: Build “whole person” leaders one person at a time.

  • THE PURPOSE of APAWLI: Build self-confidence and teach participants career literacy and relationship mastery, while making sure they remain deeply rooted in their culture/heritage.
