Stay connected with our Diverse CommUnity for Communicators of Color!

Join our email list and stay connected with us for networking and fostering meaningful connections among Notable PR Firms, Communications Agencies, and distinguished communicators of color in corporate and strategic communications.

At the Diversity Action Alliance (DAA), we are dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and providing a space where talents can thrive.

Our focus is on creating supportive environments and spaces where our members of color can engage with one another, share insights, and collaborate on initiatives that advance racial equity within the industry. As part of the DAA community, members of this group have access to our extensive Chief Communications Officer (CCO) networks, enabling valuable connections and opportunities for professional growth.

Mentorship

We are proud to introduce the Mentoring To Accelerate Progress and Success (M.A.P.S.) program in partnership with the Page Society.

M.A.P.S. is a structured one-year mentorship program designed by Page's DE&I Advisory Board and the DAA to encourage professionals of color to stay in the communications field and guide them as they advance. The program aims to improve diverse representation and retention in public relations and corporate communications by facilitating two-way learning, engagement, and career growth between mentors and mentees.

The program is free for mentees at any stage of their communications career journey and guarantees a mentor from the esteemed Page and Page Up Membership. M.A.P.S. runs from March to March each year, and we encourage you to keep an eye out for Mentor and Mentee applications for the 2024 cohort starting March 31, 2024. For more information or additional questions about becoming a mentee in this program, please contact Andrea Williams at Andrea@diversityactionalliance.org
