Dig Deep is the 2023 DAA call to action to the public relations and communication profession to recommit to the work we deemed important in 2020.

We’re asking our current signatory members to recommit, reconnect and remember the momentum that drove us to advocate for an equitable future for communicators of color. For those who have never been signatories of the DAA, now is the time to commit to lasting change in our profession.

Asian, Black, Hispanic/LatinX, Indigenous, Native Alaskan/Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander-identifying communicators at all career levels deserve fair opportunities to succeed in a corporate and agency environment that has failed them. We want our signatories and future signatories to be accountable for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in our profession.
